The primary focus of this pilot project is to analyze geographic coverage of doula services in areas with high Medicaid populations across the Baltimore region. The goal of this research is to bridge the gap between services for medicaid recipients in Baltimore and Doulas who have the desire to expand care, but face obstacles throughout the process.
